Print editions will continue to be available on Amazon at standard retail prices. We can also fulfill special orders for hardcopy books upon request. If you’re interested, please fill out this form. Please note that all print copies are produced via print-on-demand, with an estimated lead time of approximately two weeks from the date of order.
