HOW TO ORDER:
For bookstores and commercial retailers, please place your oder by filling out all required fields in the online Purchase Form below. Within 2 working days of order submission, we will contact you with an Paypal invoice. Please review all the information on the invoice, which includes the total dollar amount regarding shipping, handling fees and tax.
Please allow 2-week lead time for all orders.
Please carefully read all terms of sale. You will be asked to agree to all terms before submitting your order. Paypal payment* and commercial ground delivery are our default methods.
By selecting “check payment” over our default Paypal payment, please note that there will be a few days delay in processing your order until the check clears. For expedite orders, also indicate this preference under “Other Payment & Shipping Method.” One of our representatives will contact you on our expedite service options. Please refer to our terms of sale for more information.
*A Paypal invoice allows only the original recipient of the invoice to make the payment. If it is forwarded to an email other than the one the invoice was originally intended, the payer will receive a reply from Paypal that “his/her credit card was not accepted.” As you fill out the Purchase From, please make sure that the e-address is of the person in charge of payment.
